1. The platform
THBC AI BUSINESS EXCHANGE (the "Platform") is operated by Top Happiness Business Center, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The Platform connects buyers with companies that offer services across the UAE and provides tools for requests, quotations and follow-up.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when registering. Company accounts must represent a lawfully licensed business. The Platform may suspend accounts that provide false information or breach these terms.
3. Role of the platform
The Platform facilitates introductions, requests and quotations. Commercial agreements are concluded directly between buyers and suppliers. The Platform does not hold funds on behalf of others and does not guarantee the performance of any party.
4. Verification
Verification labels reflect the Platform's own checks and do not constitute official certification unless explicitly stated as officially verified through a trusted authority integration.
5. AI assistants
AI assistants operate within configured permissions. They do not issue legally binding commitments on behalf of any party and may make mistakes; users should review all outputs.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Platform, attempt to access other users' data, submit fraudulent requests or quotations, or send unsolicited marketing through the Platform.
7. Memberships and fees
Membership plans, prices and limits are published on the Platform and may change with notice. Fees are stated inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah.
