3. Isolation and confidentiality

Each company's data is isolated. Internal business information of Top Happiness Business Center and its tenants is never disclosed publicly.

4. Sharing

Your request details are shared only with matched suppliers, and your contact details only after you accept a quotation or choose to share them. We use service providers (hosting, email, messaging, AI processing) under appropriate agreements.

5. Retention and deletion

Data is retained for as long as needed for the purposes above and legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion through the Support page.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, audit logging and secure document storage. No system is perfectly secure; please protect your credentials.
